To expand the export of TCM servicesaccelerate the high-quality development of TCM service trade, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine launched a certification program for national TCM service export bases. Following recommendations from provincial commerceTCM regulatory authorities, expert evaluations, comprehensive assessments,public announcements, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was officially recognized as one of the first national TCM service export bases in November 2019.

Director Yu Wenming of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese MedicineDeputy Minister Wang Bingnan of the Ministry of Commerce personally presented certificates to the 17 units recognized in this first batch, with our hospitals President Zhai Yuxiang attending the ceremony.

In recent years, under the guidance of the Ministry of Commercethe National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with support from the Jiangsu Provincial TCM Administration, the Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, the Jiangsu Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office,the Overseas Chinese Federation, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has implemented the national "BeltRoad" initiative. Focusing on "TCM Services for Overseas Chinese," we have engaged in multi-faceted cooperation with over ten countries abroad to construct a TCM service export base. Through innovative approaches in five key areas, we have actively exploredattempted to build a supporting platform for TCM service tradepromote its development.
